Wand & Self Preparation

Relax so that you are in a peaceful state of mind without any antagonistic thoughts and your emotional and mental activity is tranquil. Hold the wand using both hands, touching the crystal ends with your index fingers, ball with the right hand and point with the left. Make clear in your mind exactly what you intend to use the power of the wand for (or just the intention to heal). Do this until you feel the current of energy passing through the wand whilst maintaining the intention clearly in your mind.

Crystal cleansing of wands

Hold the wand using both hands pointing it towards the earth, without touching the crystal ends. Concentrate, imagining the pure energy of the universe entering the wand (ball end) and cleansing out the disturbed energy it has absorbed. This makes the connection from the sky to the earth. When you feel this has taken place, point the wand upwards imagining the stable energy of the earth entering into the wand. Do this until you feel grounded with everyday reality and connected with the infinite universe.

End of treatment

At the end of the treatment hold the wand towards the sky with both hands sending any additional energy that you feel towards people or events that need healing (with their consent).

For rejuvenating & rebalancing the energies in a place

Choose the spot where you want to wand to act from and cleanse it with incense or smudge it with sage. Prepare the wand as described above, making your intention very clear and even speaking it out . Place the wand at the chosen site holding the intention in your mind. It will be useful to repeat this programming process on a regular basis depending on the situation and as your ability to work with crystal develops. Recommended wand: Place wands or chakra wands.

Chakra Healing

For use on someone, prepare yourself entering into a peaceful and healing state of mind and prepare the wand as above. Point the wand at the chakra, using your left hand as the interactive hand with the wands energy. Concentrate on receiving unbalanced and chaotic energy out of the chakra and into the wand (not into you!). Touch is not necessary and using a circular movement, work from the lowest chakra to the highest, keeping your intention clear. After the crown chakra, cleanse the wand as described above. Start the process again using the right hand as the interactive hand with the wands energy, send rejuvenating/harmonising energy through the wand to each chakra using a circular motion. Using the ball, you can massage all parts of the body including the head, always concentrating on releasing stagnant energy, imagining the ball absorbing the stagnant energy and releasing it through the point. Chakra Wand

The word chakra means wheel and symbolises an energy centre in circular movement. According to eastern traditions there are 7 fundamental energy centres in the body (7 chakras). These are an expression of the 7 planes of Being, each of which has it’s own vibration and colour which are expressed in different stones. The chakra wand has the stones of the 7 chakras in it. The size of the wand will increase or decrease the immediate intensity of the energy available.

The chakra wand is an aid to the healing/harmonising process. Whichever level the individual is off balance at, the door is open to access the relevant energy through the stones. The stones have the balanced energy of each chakra in them. The crystal ends of the wand create a flow of energy through the stones.
